This page contains the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Data Deletion Instructions for Nexus One and related services operated by Brand Works App LLC (“Brand Works,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
1) Privacy Policy
Brand Works App LLC operates Nexus One and related services (the “Service”), including features that let customers connect third-party accounts (such as Meta/Facebook Pages) to manage messages and customer interactions.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information (name, email, business name, login credentials)
- Billing/contact information (if applicable)
- Content you submit in the Service (notes, CRM records, messages, uploads)
Information from connected third-party services (Meta/Facebook)
If you connect a Facebook Page or messaging channel, we may receive and process:
- Page identifiers (Page ID, Page name)
- Page access tokens (used to maintain the connection)
- Messaging metadata and content (message text, timestamps, sender identifiers provided by Meta)
- Conversation/thread IDs and webhook event data
Important: We do not use Page access tokens for anything outside the features you enable (for example, receiving messages into your CRM Inbox).
Automatically collected data
- Log data (IP address, device/browser info, app events, timestamps)
- Cookies/local storage used for sessions and security
- Performance and diagnostic data
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, secure, and maintain the Service
- Enable integrations you choose (including Meta/Facebook Page messaging)
- Route and deliver messages into the correct tenant/workspace in a multi-tenant environment
- Provide customer support and troubleshooting
- Improve features, reliability, and performance
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Comply with legal obligations
How We Share Information
We may share information:
- With service providers (hosting, infrastructure, logging, email delivery) under confidentiality obligations
- With integrations you enable (e.g., Meta/Facebook) as required to provide the integration
- For legal/security reasons if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity
- In business transfers (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets)
We do not sell your personal information.
Multi-Tenant Data
Nexus One supports multi-tenant environments. Data is logically separated by tenant/workspace. We use technical controls intended to prevent cross-tenant access. Customers control who can access their tenant.
Data Retention
We keep information as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal/security obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion as described below.
Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your information. To make a request, email byronguerrero@brandworks.app.
Third-Party Services
Third-party services you connect are governed by their own policies. Brand Works is not responsible for third-party practices.
Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice if changes are material.
2) Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nexus One and related services provided by Brand Works App LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Nexus One is a business software platform that may include CRM, messaging/inbox features, and integrations (including Meta/Facebook Page connections). We may modify the Service or add/remove features at any time.
Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and third-party platform policies (including Meta policies)
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security
- Attempt to access other tenants’ data or systems
- Upload malware or exploit vulnerabilities
- Misuse integrations (including Meta/Facebook) in violation of their terms
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Third-Party Services and Integrations
If you connect third-party services (e.g., Meta/Facebook), you authorize us to access and process data as needed to provide the integration. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Brand Works is not affiliated with Meta and does not control their systems.
Customer Data and Content
You retain rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. You represent you have the necessary rights to provide such content.
Fees (if applicable)
If your plan includes paid features:
- Fees are billed according to your subscription terms
- Taxes may apply
- Late/non-payment may result in suspension or termination
Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upgrades, or outages may occur.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRAND WORKS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS).
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend/terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the Service or security.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
3) Data Deletion Instructions (Meta)
If you connected a third-party account (such as a Meta/Facebook Page) to Nexus One and want to request deletion of data that Nexus One has received through that connection, follow the steps below.
Option A — Disconnect Inside Nexus One (fastest)
- Log into your Nexus One tenant/workspace.
- Go to Settings → Meta / Marketplace.
- Click Disconnect for the connected Page.
This stops new data from being received from that Page.
Option B — Request Deletion by Email
Email byronguerrero@brandworks.app with:
- Subject: Data Deletion Request – Nexus One
- Your Nexus One account email
- The Facebook Page name and Page ID (if available)
We will verify the request and delete associated integration data we control (such as stored connection tokens and message records) unless retention is required for legal or security reasons.
Option C — Remove the App from Meta/Facebook
You can remove Nexus One’s access in your Meta/Facebook account settings (often under “Apps and Websites”). Removing access may limit or stop future data sharing from Meta to Nexus One.
